Crawling up the charts

Google released its latest Android version-share chart. It shows the share of each versipn based on what was running on phones and tablets that visited the Android app store for the two weeks ended June 1.

The most recent phone OS, 2.3 or Gingerbread, jumped to 9% from 4% last month. Tablet OS versions 3.0 and 3.1 still make up only 0.6% of all visits, though.
